Rent this fabulous, well-furnished apartment, located in the outskirts of Clifton in Union Island. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a two-storey private house in a walled garden environment. Convenient location for shopping, dining, banking and close to Clifton Harbour, yet removed from the hustle and bustle of the main street, this private apartment is just perfect for anyone wanting proximity to shopping and services.

It has one bedroom, plus a foldout sofa hide-a-bed in the living room, a modern bathroom and a beautifully appointed living room/dining/kitchen.  Plenty of storage space for clothing, a kitchen that is ready to go, with every convenience and new modern equipment – microwave oven, full size fridge and stove, plenty of brand new dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and glasses.  All you have to do is move in!

For a few days, weeks or months, this apartment is available to the right tenant.

Activities
Bathing in the azure sea – snorkeling, kiteboarding and SCUBA diving are wonderful here – day sail trips around islands in the vicinity, lobster BBQs in the Tobago Cays, walking the narrow roads of the island, lazing on the beach or your private terrace, fishing with local fishermen. Or consider the possibility of chartering a yacht for a few days, allowing you to enjoy the sea, with a shore base.  Check with Erika’s for bookings, schedules and prices.

Rates
Winter/high season: 1 Dec – 31 May
Summer/low season: 1 June – 30 November

Per day (minimum 3 days): US$120 – high season, US$90 – low season
Per week: US$600 – high season, US$450 – low season
Per month: US$2,000 – high season, US$1,500 – low season

Weekly housekeeping service is included in the above rates. Services include cleaning, laundry of household linens and dishwashing.  For more frequent housekeeping service, arrangements can be made.

Also included in the rate are a welcome basket of some basic food supplies (with a minimum stay of 3 days), already stowed in the kitchen before your arrival. All linens – for bed and bath are included.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking.

Our rates are based on payment by direct bank ‘wire’ transfer.

For credit card payments – Visa & Mastercard – please note there is a 5% surcharge on card payments. You can email &/or call us with your credit card details for security. Alternatively, for a wire transfer we will provide the necessary account details.

In the event of a cancellation up to two months prior to the rental we would refund all but 10% of the overall rental fee. The full payment is required 2 months prior to the rental. Within 2 months this is deemed non-refundable but at this stage we would be happy to credit the amount against a further booking for the same property. This credit must be used within a 2 year period.
