BON BINI

Testimonial from Morten "....I can easily recommend a charter tour with you. The boat was comfortable, the dives were great and the food was excellent. But above all, I really enjoyed your company and the atmosphere onboard."

Bon Bini Yacht

The hard chine steel ketch Bon Bini has sailed around the world with her owner/skipper.  She is not a luxury yacht but has a lot of personality and is very cozy.

Bon Bini is based in the southern Grenadines, in the Eastern Caribbean.  She is available for term charters as short as 2 days or as long as you like.  She also makes day tours in the area. The guests on Bon Bini are integrated into the daily routine of sailing, which means everybody helps a little bit such as sailing, anchoring, cooking, as well as just chilling.

The yacht:
Bon Bini is 12 m long by 3.90 m wide. She carries 4 guests in 2 double cabins and a captain’s bunk.  There is a roomy bathroom with toilet, and a shower on deck.Onboard you will find her charming owner/skipper, Elliemae Byas, who is an experienced sailor, a fabulous cook and also a Master Diver.

The trips:

Bon Bini will take you on a tour of the Grenadines – or further afield - stopping in some of the most beautiful anchorages along the way.  Adjacent to Union Island is the Tobago Cays Marine Park, a protected marine area where you can stop and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings – uninhabited sand atolls, clear azure sea, world class snorkeling and diving, as well as magnificent sunsets.

Bon Bini also caters to divers, whether the uninitiated – Ellie is a PADI/CMAS scuba instructor – or experienced.  It is possible to become PADI-certified in only 3 days, or simply dive for fun in the Tobago Cays or on the Mayreau wreck.  Certification up to dive master is possible on the Bon Bini.

One of Ellie’s unique offerings is camping on deserted islands.  Land on a sandy shore and spend the night in a tent; cook a freshly caught fish over a campfire and get close to nature in a way you never could while staying in a hotel.

Ellie’s knowledge of this area will allow you to fully appreciate the nuances of this region.  She will recommend the route that will make the most of the time you have aboard.
