OCTOPUS VILLA

Bequia is located in the Caribbean, part of the chain known as the Windward Islands.
It is part of St. Vincent & the Grenadines and after St. Vincent, nine miles to the north, is the largest of the 32 islands and cays that comprise that country. Approximately 5000 people call Bequia home. The island is on Atlantic Standard Time.

The Ocean-view Villa is set on the hillside in Belmont above Admiralty Bay, with its own garden and in an elevated position, commanding an unforgettable vista of stunning views of the lush island and beautiful bays.
The Villa is situated only a few minutes drive from both the main town of Port Elizabeth and the nearest beaches.
Stylishly furnished, the contemporary decor creates a serene and comfortable atmosphere. Glass French doors open up a large part of the living area to permit maximum enjoyment of the terrace and pool facilities.  
Sun drenched days can be whiled away taking a swim in the infinity pool, soaking in the spa, lying in a hammock, indulging in a massage or exploring the island and its beautiful beaches at your leisure.

Warm evenings can be spent sipping cocktails and dining by the pool or enjoying the local night life.

Accommodation

The Villa can accommodate between two and six people. 
The main living area has an open plan design with the kitchen, dining room and living room flowing into one elegant space.

From the lounge and dining area there is direct access to the main veranda, terrace and pool area through four sets of French doors making the whole area beautifully light and open with stunning views of the whole bay. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including  American style fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, and Smeg hob and oven.

Two double bedrooms and one double/twin bedroom all have private en-suite shower rooms and French doors leading directly onto the terrace and pool area. Each bedroom is comfortable and tastefully appointed.
The outside area consists of the veranda, terrace, tropical garden, infinity edged pool, spa, BBQ and dining area.
There is plenty of space for relaxing whether you choose a hammock, day bed or a sun-lounger by the pool. Or, if you are feeling energetic, spend some time in the air-conditioned private gymnasium.
Assistance is always on hand with the Octopus management living on-site.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking.

Our rates are based on payment by direct bank ‘wire’ transfer.
For credit card payments – Visa & Mastercard – please note there is a 5% surcharge on card payments. You can email &/or call us with your credit card details for security. Alternatively, for a wire transfer we will provide the necessary account details.

In the event of a cancellation up to two months prior to the rental we would refund all but 10% of the overall rental fee. The full payment is required 2 months prior to the rental. Within 2 months this is deemed non-refundable but at this stage we would be happy to credit the amount against a further booking for the same property. This credit must be used within a 2 year period.
